The Biomedical Engineering Society Student Chapter at Auburn University is a part of the national Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES), which is a network of professionals and students interested and involved in the field of biomedical engineering.
Our chapter serves the students of Auburn University and seeks to provide a way for students from all disciplines who are interested in the field to experience all of its aspects through regular meetings, invited speakers, discussions, projects, mentorship, site visits to see various aspects of biomedical engineering up close, and more. Our chapter also seeks to provide Auburn students access to a network of people in the field, ranging from students to faculty to industry professionals.
Students from all levels are invited to participate and get involved in any and all of our activities. Though we are a relatively new chapter, we are constantly looking to improve the things we can offer to our members and partners.
